Salesforce Administrator

Columbia, SC - Hybrid

6+Month Contract

Duties and Responsibilities: (Minimum 12 + years)
" Environment management:
" Rollout, Refresh, and Clone all types of sandboxes
" User management:
" Creating and managing user accounts, assigning profiles and roles, managing security settings, and ensuring data access is appropriate.
" Data management:
" Performing data cleansing, seeding and data imports to maintain data integrity.
" Reporting and dashboards:
" Designing and developing reports and dashboards to support administrative needs.
" Automation:
" Implementing workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline repetitive admin tasks.
" Customization (on demand):
" Configuring fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce features to match business processes.
" Troubleshooting:
" Support, Monitor and Identifying issues related to Salesforce functionality, data errors, and user access.
" System maintenance:
" Monitoring Salesforce performance, certificate renewals, support updating features, and applying platform patches

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
" Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related degree.
" Prior Work Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
" Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder

Other Skills and Abilities:
" Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role and familiar with Salesforce Lightning
" Experience with Salesforce DataLoader or similar tools and familiar with SOQL queries
" Experience with Installing and maintaining Salesforce AppExchange products
" Analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions about Salesforce optimization
" Experience working with SCRUM teams and Agile practices
" Effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
