DIGITAL MARKETING RECRUITER, PART TIME (CONTRACT)
Direct Agents is looking for an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Recruiter to help support our People & Culture team.
This is a Part Time (Contract) role is onsite and based in NYC. This role has a starting rate of $30 - $35/hr depending on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Discovery and Engagement: Including sourcing and recruiting passive candidates across platforms and networks
- Screen and assess applicants for current and future positions, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural add
- Schedule and organize interviews for your candidate
- Provide candidates with a seamless and memorable interview experience, reflecting our commitment to excellence from the very first interaction
- Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system and manage external job posting sites, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring a smooth and engaging journey from application to the final interview stage
- Showcase your empathetic and customer-focused approach to candidates, leaving a lasting positive impression
- Foster a strong partnership with leadership and hiring managers to comprehensively understand team needs and evolving priorities
- Deliver weekly candidate and role status updates to ensure transparency and alignment, allowing for agile decision-making
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 2+ years of Recruiting & Hiring experience within digital marketing or tech setting
- Working knowledge of talent management and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Deadline oriented attitude and ability to identify and address obstacles quickly and efficiently.
- Proactive approach with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency.
- A positive attitude and are able to easily build relationships across all functions.
