Job Description: Corporate Finance Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The Corporate Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning analysis and decisionmaking processes within our organization. This position requires strong financial modeling skills strategic thinking and the ability to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives and decisionmaking.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets longrange financial forecasts and strategic plans ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  3. Capital Budgeting: Evaluate investment opportunities and capital expenditures perform ROI analysis and recommend allocation of financial resources.
  4. M&A and Due Diligence: Support merger and acquisition activities including financial due diligence valuation analysis and integration planning.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
  6. Risk Management: Assess financial risks and opportunities develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) to ensure financial stability and compliance.
  7. Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and evaluating strategic initiatives conducting market research and analyzing competitive dynamics to support business growth and expansion.
  8. Investor Relations: Support investor relations activities including preparing presentations financial disclosures and responding to investor inquiries.
  9. Advisory and Decision Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management on business performance profitability and operational efficiencies.
  10. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and efficiency enhancements within the finance function.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or related field (Masters degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Finance Analyst Financial Analyst or in a similar role within corporate finance or investment banking.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling Excel and financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate financial information and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and ERP software (e.g. SAP Oracle) is advantageous.
  • Ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information and sensitive data.
