Responsibilities:

Cruise Booking Management:

 

• Handle online cruise reservations promptly and accurately using reservation systems
• Coordinate with cruise lines to confirm bookings and verify the accuracy of travel details
• Assist clients in selecting cruise options based on their preferences and travel requirements

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support
• Address client inquiries regarding cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and booking processes
• Resolve any issues or concerns related to cruise reservations in a professional and efficient manner

Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless travel arrangements and ensure client satisfaction
• Partner with travel advisors to provide comprehensive support during the booking process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cruise reservationist, travel agent, or in a similar customer service role
