• Create User Journey Maps, Wireframes, Design and QA
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Developers and Research
• Types of projects you’ll get to work on: website redesigns, design systems, website enhancements, cross-platform feature ideation and enhancement
• Present design ideas and prototypes to team members, clearly articulating design rationale and decision-making processes
• Iterate designs based on internal and external feedback and user-research
• Annotations / working with developers and studio artists to ensure a smooth transition into development
• Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate from a Graphic Design, User Experience, or similar program
• Portfolio showcasing understanding of development constraints, accessibility, platform best practices, and solid execution
• Experience in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• HTML, CSS, JS knowledge
• Experience with Elementor, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus!

• This position is located in Madison, WI. Candidates must be located in Wisconsin.
• Target start date: February 2025
• Target end date: April/May - 2025 - could extend through summer
• This is a paid internship at $15 per hour
• Ability to work hybrid in an open-office environment
• The Digital team prefers interns to work 40 hours per week
