Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented   Title Clerk to join our team.  This role is essential in supporting our Title Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process title and registration for vehicle sales utilizing Web Dealer and  Title Desk
  • Accurately prepare title documents for the State in which the vehicle is registered, including out-of-state transitions if needed
  • Follow up on outstanding issues
  • Process registration and plates for units sold
  • Process outgoing titles (intercompany and wholesale units)
  • Ensure used cars have clear titles  on hand

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments
  • Skilled problem solver
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
