Job Description: Summer Growth Equity Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Summer Growth Equity Analyst . This internship offers an immersive experience in growth equity investing providing exposure to fastgrowing companies and the strategies that drive their success. As a Summer Analyst you will work closely with our investment team contributing to deal sourcing evaluation and portfolio management activities.

Key Responsibilities: Investment Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and investment opportunities in highgrowth sectors.
• Analyze business models financial performance and market positioning of potential investment targets.
• Build and refine financial models including valuations and sensitivity analyses to assess investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Due Diligence Support:

• Participate in the due diligence process including analyzing financial statements conducting market assessments and evaluating competitive dynamics.
• Support the team in organizing and managing data rooms and coordinating with thirdparty advisors.
• Assess operational risks and growth drivers of potential investments.

Portfolio Management Assistance:

• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies by analyzing financial and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with portfolio company teams to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate portfolio performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Team Collaboration and Development:

• Work closely with senior members of the team to support all stages of the investment process.
• Contribute to the development of sector theses and growth strategies.
• Participate in team discussions to provide insights and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications: Educational Background:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with coursework or experience in financial analysis investment management or related disciplines.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and data platforms such as PitchBook or Capital IQ is a plus.
• Detailoriented highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
