A fast-growing company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team on a direct-hire basis. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of accounting experience, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a junior accountant looking for the next step in their career.

### What You'll Do (Training Provided!):
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accurate and complete journal entries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.
- Help prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support senior accountants with month-end and year-end close processes, including adjusting entries and audit preparations.

### What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of accounting experience (AP, AR, or junior accountant experience is a plus!).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with accounting software.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
