Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leveraged Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team at Augmentjobs. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing and structuring leveraged finance transactions including highyield bonds syndicated loans and other debt instruments. You will work closely with clients internal teams and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial analyses recommendations and strategic insights to facilitate complex transactions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct indepth financial analysis of leveraged finance deals including credit analysis financial modeling and industry research.
Assist in structuring pricing and syndicating leveraged finance transactions.
Provide support in preparing marketing materials pitch books and credit presentations.
Collaborate with senior bankers clients and external parties to negotiate terms and close transactions.
Monitor market trends credit conditions and industry developments to provide actionable insights.
Assist in the execution of debt offerings and the management of client relationships.
Prepare detailed reports on company financials market conditions and deal structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in leveraged finance investment banking or corporate finance.
Strong financial modeling analytical and quantitative skills.
Indepth knowledge of debt capital markets financial instruments and credit analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.
Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
