Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, resources, and timelines.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project progression.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and resources required for construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in project planning and blueprint interpretation.
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
