Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects, specifically within the OSHPD framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion within the OSHPD guidelines.
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring and reporting on project progress.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare construction sector.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proven experience with OSHPD regulations and processes is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of HCAI standards and commercial construction practices is a plus.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
