Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Shift Time: Multiple shifts available
Pay Rate: Depends on the shift you choose
Location: Plainfield IN

General Summary:
The Warehouse Associate Pallet Build is responsible for warehousing and material distribution tasks related to product shipment. This role involves various duties including order picking, pallet building, parcel handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires a commitment to quality, safety, and efficient workflows.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is not required.
• No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pallet Build:

• Palletize products, including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Re-palletize products for shipment.
• May assist with dock manifest duties, including scanning completed pallets and operating the shrink wrapper.

Sanitation and Housekeeping:

• Ensure cleanliness and professionalism within the work area.
• Follow guidelines for facility cleanliness and maintain an orderly workspace.

Job Requirements:

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
• May require use of manual handling equipment (MHE) and voice/RF scanner.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without accommodation.
