Position Overview
As the Marketing Manager at Lakeside Pro Services, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand visibility, driving growth, and connecting with new audiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and managing a strategic marketing calendar tailored to the seasonality of our services.
• Creating engaging content for various platforms, including digital campaigns, social media, and print.
• Developing marketing materials such as graphics, promotional items, vehicle wraps, and service agreements.
• Managing and updating the company website to reflect current branding, culture, and service offerings.
• Building and maintaining a strong online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Capturing and editing photos and videos of projects, team events, and day-to-day operations for marketing purposes.
• Writing and proofreading creative content for newsletters, blogs, brochures, and social media posts.
• Organizing and promoting company events, expos, and training sessions.
• Analyzing marketing performance metrics to track ROI and refine strategies for success.

Requirements
We're looking for a marketing professional with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, advertising, or digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom).
• Experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (minimum 2 years).
• Familiarity with Google AdWords, SEO, PPC campaigns, and online advertising (preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
