Job Details:

• Position : Full-Time Laundry Aide
• Location : Shady Lawn Nursing Home, Dalton, OH
• Shift : Day and evening shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, fold, and distribute resident laundry and facility linens.
• Ensure all laundry is cleaned, dried, and stored properly according to facility standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of laundry supplies.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all infection control procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry items.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent service to residents.
