Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Verify label accuracy and regulatory performance.
• Perform quality check upon receiving materials.
• Ensure safety standards and regulations.
• Assist with label printing.
• Maintain Physical and digital inventory.
• Ensures all content for product labeling, Instructions for Use, and equipment manuals meet all required legal, regulatory, clinical, marketing, packaging, manufacturing (contract and internal) and R&D requirements through the use of corporate labeling guidelines and SOPs.

The above list of responsibilities is not the only responsibilities that a Label/Document Control Assistant is required to do.

Qualifications:

• Detailed oriented.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Organized work habits.
• Food manufacturing.
• High School Diploma.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
• Forklift Experience.

Physical Requirements:

• The job requires workers to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to step, climb, balance, kneel, bend, and reach above shoulders as needed.
• Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment.

This Facility runs 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (OT May be required)
