Confiz is seeking a dynamic Industry Strategy Intern to support growth, innovation, and competitive advantage within our organization. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of industry-specific strategies, leveraging market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor insights to shape long-term business objectives. You will collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals while gaining hands-on experience in industry strategy. This role will be a part-time role with 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of industry-specific strategies to support business growth and innovation.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience (UX) and interface design by leveraging industry research and emerging trends.
• Participate in usability studies and analyze customer feedback to suggest design enhancements that cater to market expectations and user behaviors.
• Collaborate with senior team members, sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies with organizational objectives and customer needs.
• Prepare research summaries, insights, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or market entry to increase competitive advantage.
• Track and measure the impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Junior/Senior year of a Bachelor’s program or pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related STEM field.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while working independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure to industry research methodologies or prior experience with UX/UI concepts.
