Job Description

Our client, a boutique healthcare investment firm in Manhattan, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support two high-level executives on one of their tech teams. In this position, the candidate must be detail oriented and able to prioritize well as both executives are extremely busy. This person will also have the capacity to take on projects and help with excel, so someone who is tech savvy and can learn quickly is a must! This is an exciting opportunity for an EA candidate who would like to take on more.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Cover phones and prioritize calls
• Schedule meetings and conference calls and rearrange any conflicts 
• Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, car services and dinner reservations. Process Visas and update passports as needed
• Process expenses reports and travel reimbursements
• Help with projects
• Sit in and take notes in meetings
• Assist with Excel spreadsheets; knowledge of V-LOOKUP and pivot tables 

​REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3years of administrative experience
• Finance experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required 
• Tech savvy
• Advanced Excel skills!! 
• Poised and polished demeanor
• Close attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
• Excel guru!

SALARY
$95-125K (DOE) + Bonus

HOURS
8:30/9am-5/5:30pm
