PHN is hiring for the position of East U.S. Audiology Sales Director. This exciting, remote opportunity will allow you to use your education, leadership, and management experience in a trailblazing hearing healthcare model.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create action plans for the month, week, and day for clinics within the assigned region. Ensure your team has a clear vision, priorities are clearly articulated, and the “why” is understood.
• Coordinate and conduct regular meetings: assist coach and elevate a team of hearing healthcare professionals to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and position teams to overcome/develop the necessary processes to succeed.
• Drive top-line revenue along with profits.
• Lead team successfully through best practices and operational excellence.
• Planning and problem-solving. Identify obstacles to location performance attainment and take an active role in problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5 years of sales management experience, Audiologist (preferred)
• Experience in developing Team Member Performance along with strong sales and operational excellence.
• Driven and result-oriented leader
• Demonstrated skills in planning, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and proactive decision-making.
• Profit and Loss knowledge and experience
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications
• Excellent professional communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Effectively convey detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
• Ability to develop and give oral presentations to small groups
• Availability to Travel Extensively: 10 - 15 days/month
