Outten & Golden LLP is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant in our New York office. The ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive, service-oriented approach, the ability to work with a range of people, and high attention to detail and standards. This position requires thorough knowledge of all firm administrative processes, IT systems, and research tools. The scope of responsibilities includes prioritizing, managing, and following through on multiple projects, and communicating effectively and professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff. A passion for supporting an office and a team of busy professionals will serve this person well in this role.

Compensation: An attractive compensation package (tailored to experience), with a target base compensation range of $103,000 per year (nonexempt, 40 hours per week). Outten & Golden offers our employees a robust benefits package including healthcare benefits.
