Job Description

Position : Critical Care Nurse

Location: Bakersfield CA 93301

Pay scale : $3200

Shift : Night

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) or critical care unit (CCU).
• Monitor and assess patients vital signs cardiac rhythms and respiratory status.
• Administer medications and advanced treatments to stabilize and support patients conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergent situations and provide advanced life support interventions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments interventions and responses to treatment.

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Substantial experience in critical care nursing in an ICU or CCU setting.
• Proficiency in advanced life support interventions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking skills and effective communication abilities.
