About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Electrical Engineer to help us take our product from MVP to a market-ready solution and beyond. You’ll be instrumental in designing, building, and refining the hardware behind our groundbreaking golf technology. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with our team to develop, test, and scale our hardware, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with our software.
This role offers the chance to grow with the company, with the potential for full-time transition as we expand.
What You’ll Do
● Circuit Design & Microcontrollers :
○ Develop and optimize circuits for our golf technology device.
○ Work with microcontrollers like Arduino or Raspberry Pi to process data in real time.
● Signal Processing & Data Acquisition :
○ Implement and refine signal processing techniques for high-frequency data from audio sensors.
○ Develop reliable data acquisition systems and troubleshoot issues during testing.
● Sensor Integration :
○ Work with gyroscopes, accelerometers, audio sensors, and similar components to ensure accurate data capture and processing.
● Prototyping & Testing :
○ Build and test hardware prototypes to validate functionality.
○ Collaborate with software developers to ensure smooth hardware-software integration.
● Product Development :
○ Contribute to the transition from prototype to a scalable, market-ready product.

You Bring :
● Technical Expertise :
○ Strong foundation in calculus, physics, and electrical engineering principles.
○ Knowledge of circuit design and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
○ Proficiency in signal processing, particularly with audio sensors and high-frequency data collection.
○ Experience working with sensors like gyroscopes, accelerometers, and audio sensors.
○ Familiarity with data acquisition systems, calibration, and troubleshooting.
