We are looking for motivated selfstarters to come join our team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in our Staff Cafeteria. What you will be doing:

• Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
• Assisting Chef and culinary team with light preparation duties in the kitchen
• Restock clean dishes flatware and trays
• Replenish condiments and food items in the salad bar
• Sweep and mop floors
• Unpack supplies and store items accordingly
• Perform duties such as sing stacking and moving dishes to the dishwashing station
• Report any colleague comments or concerns to ensure the interest of better guest satisfaction
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
• Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

Your skillset includes:

• Selfmotivated with the ability to make effective decisions
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
• Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to perform regular bending lifting reaching and carrying
