We have a great opportunity for those with the appropriate experience and looking to progress or grow their careers within the regulatory environment of the building industry.
You may be an experienced Building Officer who has existing competencies or a builder with existing foreman, site management or a high-level stakeholder engagement experience who is looking to move off the tools. We have scope to consider various experience within the construction and local government sectors, and the support to achieve qualifications and competency levels will be available for the right person.

We are seeking a Building Officer who has working knowledge of building construction methodology, designs and relevant building legislation.
You will hold either a Level 6 Diploma as a Building Surveyor or an other relevant qualification, or be willing to undertake a 2 year, on the job diploma to gain your Reg 18 qualifications required for this role. There is significant experience in house to support learning needs.
