Job Description:

• They are not just regular BAs going requires gathering etc they need to have specific financial domain experience like Margin Lending Collateral Management etc.
• The candidate should be a mid to senior level BA/Product Owner who will likely report directly to a Senior VP in Citi.

Requirements:

• At least 68 years of experience in product management or business analysis/intelligence within the wealth management and private banking sector or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing or driving the product development life cycle from ideation requirement gathering development to product launch.
• Experience in margin lending and collateral management with a strong understanding of related business needs regulatory requirements and market practices.
• Proficiency in Waterfall & Agile methodologies and experience with backlog management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Ability to facilitate meetings to gather requirements draft implementation design negotiate and resolve conflicts of multiple parties
• Strong problemsolving skills with a strategic and critical mindset to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on delivering highquality products that meet client needs.
• Fast selflearner who can quickly navigate through a new organization and get familiar with all work items without training
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
