Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist audiologists with hearing aid fittings, cleanings, and maintenance.
  • Perform basic audiological procedures such as hearing aid checks and troubleshooting.
  • Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and record keeping.
  • Educate patients on hearing aid use and care.
  • Maintain and calibrate audiological equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or audiology is a plus but not required—we provide training!
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
