Job Description:

• Assist with general ledger transactions, reconciliations, account analysis and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Track fixed assets, inventory, depreciation, and capital expenditures
• Ensure compliance with sales and use tax regulations and financial policies
• Participate in banking activities and financial transactions
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Support year end - audit work papers, and account reconciliations
• Provide operational and administrative financial support across departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent education and 3+ years work experience
• Understanding of accounting principles and budget process
• Efficient use of computer technology including proficiency in Excel and Word
• Knowledge in Access, Google doc & sheets preferred
