We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Roles in the rotational program may include analyst roles within sales, e-commerce, and marketing, along with retail, trade marketing, junior key account manager roles, and more.
The Commercial Graduate Rotational Program at Reckitt includes locations such as Parsippany, NJ; Bentonville, AR; Cincinnati, OH; and Minneapolis, MN.
Relocation assistance is provided throughout the 3-rotation program.

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.

Year 1 - Field Sales Representative: In this outside sales position, you will be responsible for a territory of the USA, visiting stores and maintaining Reckitt's store promotions and in-store merchandise. Your car is your office for this first year!
Year 2 - Sales Analyst or another entry level position.
Year 3 - Junior Key Account Manager or another junior leadership position.
Year 4 - You graduate from the program and join a Reckitt Sales team!
